JAILS AS HUMAN REFORMATION CENTERS! All Jails in the world should be converted into Human Reformation Centers as nobody was born criminal but became so due to many unwanted influences while growing up, thus becoming bad people in the society! Of course direct responsibility is with the parents when children grew up bad! However, apart from parental negligence, there had been many other bad influences as well from the society for people becoming bad! So, society as a whole should be blamed for people becoming bad and committing crimes! So, governments being representatives of the people, should put efforts to reform people from bad to good at such Human Reformation Centers [erstwhile Jails] giving spiritual, moral, vocational trainings and reform them as useful citizens of the world!
