JAILS AS HUMAN REFORMATION CENTERS!
All Jails in the world should be converted into Human Reformation Centers as nobody was born criminal but became so due to many unwanted influences while growing up, thus becoming bad people in the society!
Of course direct responsibility is with the parents when children grew up bad!
However, apart from parental negligence, there had been many other bad influences as well from the society for people becoming bad!
So, society as a whole should be blamed for people becoming bad and committing crimes!
So, governments being representatives of the people, should put efforts to reform people from bad to good at such Human Reformation Centers [erstwhile Jails] giving spiritual, moral, vocational trainings and reform them as useful citizens of the world!

CENTRAL BJP GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT LANDSLIDES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH! Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season! This vulnerability was drastically worsened while expanding the National Highways as hills & mountains are cut away at the base foothills on the sides of the National Highways and so the landslides occured more frequently now then before the 4-Lane expansion project!
