India is famous in the world in its both positive & negative ways!!
Positive(good): Land of Yoga, Spirituality, Religions, Temples, Ashrams, Vegetarianism, Old civilizations, Non-aggressive, Tolerant, Hospitality, Accommodating, Resourceful, Fourth country in the world with maximum number of billionaires, Non-violent, Peaceful, Hard working, Simplicity, Natural beauty, Majestic Himalayas, Ganges river & many more rivers, Lakes, Famous tourist places, Garden cities, Holy places & Pilgrimage centers, Waterfalls, Long coastlines & beautiful beaches, Historical monuments & museums, Nice hill stations, Tea gardens, Coffee plantations, Spices, Orchids, Apple & other fruits orchards, Different climates, Unity in diversity...
Negative(bad): Land of Beggars, Slums, Poverty, Corruptions, Homeless people, Time wasters, Rapists, Dowry torture & death, Female foeticide & infenticide, Undemocratic & inhumane laws like AFSPA still imposed on Kashmir & North-East India, Hypocrites, Equality of the people in the spirit of Constitution but lnequality in Practice, Reservations, Unemployment, Wrong poverty alleviation policies, Caste system dividing people unfairly, Segregation of tribes instead of assimilating them into general category, Overpopulation problem & yet no national population control policy, No or slow development at the village levels, Superstitions, Idolatry, Criminals as political leaders, Fake/false gurus/godmen, Mob justice, Injustice, Delay in court proceedings, Prejudice & hatred racially & geographically, Enmity with neighboring countries, Communal politics, Communal disharmony, Religious fanatics, Blind followers, Illiteracy, Closed mindsets, Slave mindsets...
Comments on India's level of Development:
A Country is called Developed or Good when its Positive(good) points are more than its Negative(bad) points!
So, when we use this global yardstick of measuring a country's development standard, India is still far behind!
How a country develops?
When the people in that country develops!
So, it's high time for Indians to introspect their negative qualities and turn them into positivity, then only India can become a developed country!

CENTRAL BJP GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT LANDSLIDES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH! Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season! This vulnerability was drastically worsened while expanding the National Highways as hills & mountains are cut away at the base foothills on the sides of the National Highways and so the landslides occured more frequently now then before the 4-Lane expansion project!
