Essential Qualities of the Leaders?
Any Person who wanna be a Leader should be a Spiritual Person at the first place!
No Religious Fanatics should be allowed to become Leaders!
History of the World had already taught us the bitter lessons when such fundamentalists became leaders that impacted to humanity at large: lots of hatreds, chaos, miseries & destructions!
So, Political Parties should never be based on Religions, Races, Castes, Creeds etc!
The best and only solution towards bringing true Love, Unity, Peace, Progress, Prosperity & Happiness for all in the society / world is through the practice of Spirituality that awakens people that...
We are all created by One Supreme father i.e. GOD!
We are all members of one Big Family of GOD!
We are all Spiritual Souls connected to GOD!
We are all Immortal Blissful Eternal Divine Souls!
We all originated in Love & so it should be our eternal nature!
Thus, having people of the world, thus awakened to the truths of spirituality; there will be no prejudices, hatreds, enmity, then there will be no need for fightings, killings & wars and so, no need for wasting huge public funds for defenses & wars and thus funds saved can be shared among people equitably and also use them for the welfare and development of the people & the planet as a whole!
This is the way of making this earth planet a better and happier place for all to live together in heaven here & now!
For this to happen, leaders of the world [political, social, religious etc] need to be spiritual people at the first place being awakened themselves in spirituality, being fully aware of the spiritual truths and reflect them in their policies & programs positively effecting all the people & the planet & beyond!
So, please, are you leaders & aspiring leaders of the world, listening to this call of the Spirituality?

CENTRAL BJP GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT LANDSLIDES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH! Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season! This vulnerability was drastically worsened while expanding the National Highways as hills & mountains are cut away at the base foothills on the sides of the National Highways and so the landslides occured more frequently now then before the 4-Lane expansion project!
