Impacts of Speeches of Popular Speakers / Gurus!

Yesterday, I watched one Popular Speaker / Guru on YouTube giving talks to a huge audience telling them that there are no good or bad people in the world! All are the same!
What does that mean?
What are the implications / effects of this speech? 
Is this Popular Speaker / Guru really ignorant of what's good and what's bad? 
Or, is he just another people pleasing Guru to gain cheap supports & donations?
Such kind of gurus are causing to increase the number of bad people in the world who indulge in corruptions, crimes, intoxicants & what not all bad activities so on so forth... 
If the Guru says that there are no good or bad people, then, all bad people who had been doing wrong things in the society will continue doing so and more people will start doing bad things because maximum selfish gains are only possible through such corruptions & other criminal activities!
Such gurus should be partly blamed for the social/political chaos in the world because such misleading Gurus unfortunately have huge followers around the world?
My humble appeal to all such Popular Speakers / Gurus:
Please think deeply about the huge positive and negative consequences of your speeches in the society / world!
Please don't give talks just for time pass!
Please give the kind of speeches that will help creating a better & happier world for all on this earth planet & beyond!

CENTRAL BJP GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT LANDSLIDES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH! Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season!
