HOW TO UPLIFT BACKWARD PEOPLE TO EQUALITY?

Change starts from our mind / thought!
Indian Constitution / Government is talking about bringing equality among all the citizens of the country but, at the same time encouraging Tribe, Caste, Class categorization of its citizens! This is total paradox!
Why this is contradictory is because all changes start from people's mind / thought and people remain the same if you categorize them and put them in those backward categories!
When you put some people under the social categories of backward tribes, backward castes and other backward classes etc; then surely people of those categories are psychologically bound to remain so because they are put in that inferiority mindset in comparison to the other so called upper castes / classes of people in the society!
So, if you wanna uplift people to equality in the society, the First Step should be to ABOLISH ALL THESE CATEGORIZATION OF PEOPLE AS BACKWARD TRIBES, BACKWARD CASTES & OTHER BACKWARD CLASSES!
The Second Step should be to IDENTIFY ECONOMICALLY BACKWARD PEOPLE LIKE BEGGARS, HOMELESS PEOPLE, LANDLESS LABORERS, UNEMPLOYED FAMILIES, PEOPLE / FAMILIES WITH NO OR VERY LESS INCOME SOURCES ETC and help them with finacial assistence, free education, free medical facilities etc.
Empower all the Economically Backward People from all strata of the society irrespective of religion, race, region etc. with Government Grants & Care!
Help them to educate freely and empower them to compete with the so called upper castes or classes of people but never through Reservation Systems either in Education or in Employment that degrades the society / country as a whole!
Reservation with reduced marks for admissions and employments for the so called tribes, castes & other backward classes only make them remain backward & inferior as their potentials for growth & fair competitions are subdued by this wrongly thought out & wrongly implemented reservation systems!
So, if Indian Government truly wants to uplift the backward tribes, backward castes and other backward classes, then, first of all, these people should be freed from their mind that they belong to such backward categories i.e. scrap away all these backward social categories forever and bring them all to the same general category for all the citizens in the country!
This is the foundation of bringing true equality in the society!
Without this foundation, no amount of reservations and other upliftment services to these people will bring no desired results of uplifting them or equality with other fellow citizens!

Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season!
