Problems in the present Democracy & Solution?
1. Majority of people who are not that wise elect the Inefficient People as their Leaders!
2. By hook or crook such Inefficient Leaders form the Ineffective Government!
3. They start making wrong policies with selfish intentions in biased ways!
4. When their wrong policies fail, they try to divide & rule the people using the outdated colonial exploitative method!
5. When people are awake with their wrong doings, finally, such government will start war with other countries to divert people's mind to cover up their failures!
6. Such government will shout loud against corruptions & crimes outside but won't take up proper actions to stop them!
7. They will accumulate funds by hook or crook for the next election to bribe the public!
8. Short sighted majority public will again repeat the same mistake [electing the corrupted crooks & criminals] being bribed by such Unqualified Leaders who are not stopped being candidates by the faulty Election System!
Too bad is the situation of the current democracy in the world especially in the under-developed & the developing countries of the world!
What is the way out of this faulty democracy?
General Public have to wake up!
Democracy should be By the People, Of the People & For the People!
Democracy should not be allowed to be hijacked by some so pretending leaders of Religious Fanatics, Corrupts, Crooks, Criminals & Uneducated people!
People should not sell away their valuable votes for some cash or gift or treat or feast, freely offered by such wrong leaders to capture power politics by hook or crook!
People should elect only the Spiritualists / Religious Moderates, Honest / Sincere People, People of Social Service background, People with integrity, People with no criminal records, Educated people at least Class 10 passed with applied IT knowledge!
When, Good People are elected & form Good Government, they can make Good Laws reforming the Election System in such a way that no bad & unqualified people can become candidates for any general elections!
Thus, when general public wake up & elect Good People only as their Leaders during the General Elections, then only, the present Democracy will become good for the general public led by the good/ideal leaders!

CENTRAL BJP GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT LANDSLIDES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH! Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season!
