URGENT DUTY OF INDIAN GOVERNMENTS [CENTER, STATES & UTS]!

Governments are the Parents of the People in the Country/States/UTs.
Just like when children are in trouble, Parents come to their rescue helping them to survive and carry on life smoothly!
That moment is now in India with so many Poor Indians being on the road stranded helpless and so, it's the most urgent duty of the Governments to provide help to the helpless people of the country just like parents should do towards their children in the moments of need!
Central Government's Announcement of Relief Package on Lock Down chaos will take time to reach the needy and also it will not cover all needy people!
But, the help needed is right now urgently for the needy/poor people stranded on the road without money, food, shelter & transportation!
Why not Governments give direct help to the stranded Needy/Poor People on the road with Cash, Food, Shelter & transportation?
Why not reimburse their Rents and give cash to manage themselves till the Lock Down ends for those who want to stay back where they were?
Why not arrange free Buses/Trains with free food to reach their Villages for those who want to return back home?
URGENT ACTIONS REQUIRED!

CENTRAL BJP GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT LANDSLIDES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH! Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season! This vulnerability was drastically worsened while expanding the National Highways as hills & mountains are cut away at the base foothills on the sides of the National Highways and so the landslides occured more frequently now then before the 4-Lane expansion project!
