 SOLVING SLUM PROBLEMS?

I am against people living like animals in the slums making the surrounding areas dirty & smelly wherever such slum colonies are found in the cities! Children grew up in the slums are the most vulnerable into becoming beggars, drunkards, drug addicts, thieves, criminals...
However, having said that once they occupied & lived there for some years that government ignored of their illegal occupation of the public spaces; then suddenly one day, the government law enforcers coming & destroying their living set ups without proper advance notice & arrangements for their alternative living places; is just inhuman & against the human rights to life & livelihood of the poor citizens!
So, here, let us discuss why slums in the cities & how to solve this problem!
Why Slums in the cities?
1. Poverty at the villages & so migrate to cities in search of livelihood!
2. Unemployment at the villages & so migrate to cities in search of livelihood!
3. Exploitations of the poor by the rich at the villages!
4. Extreme caste discriminations at the villages!
5. Influenced by misguiding films to migrate to cities in delusive dreams!
6. Government not taking care of its poor citizens at the villages!
7. Begging culture that is blindly accepted by the Indian society & becoming a kind of business run more profitably at the cities!
8. Giving birth to more children even when they themselves are unable to stand on their own feet & so use their children to beg for family income!
9. Government not taking actions to remove the slums at their early stages of occupying the public spaces, like in a few days or in a week or so!
10. Being poor, they cannot pay rents for costly apartments at the cities and so settle at the free spaces in the cities living there for free!
11. Such poor migrants are mostly uneducated people & so have no permanent jobs & so no regular income!
Solutions to Slum Problems:
1. Government should decentralize its development infrastructures & facilities in terms of roads, electricity, water supply, educational institutes, hospitals, post offices, banks, telecommunications etc at the villages.
2. Landless poor labourers at the villages should be allocated public lands for cultivation to support their livelihood!
3. Regular Grants should be given to the below poverty line people so that they can meet family expenses & so, don’t have to flee to cities for money!
4. Government supported Cooperative Farms can be established at the villages to employ the unemployed!
5. At the cities, no slums should be allowed to illegally occupy any public space and immediate actions should be taken to remove such slums whenever & wherever they came up!
6. Begging culture is wrong tradition and it should be banned by law!
7. Villagers should not have delusive dreams of becoming rich at the cities by seeing some misguiding films while they cannot even afford the room rent at the cities!
8. Unless they got job or have some financial back up to support themselves while searching for jobs at the cities, they shouldn’t just come to cities with unrealistic dreams!
9. People should realize at least by now that village environment is in fact healthier & happier than the city environments to live a good life and so, better not to rush to cities from villages whimsically!
10. Poor people should first strive for self reliant life and after that only they should go for married life!
11. Poor people should not produce children if they cannot bring them up in proper ways as good citizens!
12. Government should provide free Education & free health care for the poor people!
When the governments take up such decentralized developments at the villages and help the poor to live a dignified happy life at the villages, no one will want to migrate to the cities & live there like animals at the slums!
People should understand that simple & harmonious life at the villages is healthier & happier than the polluted, crowded & apathetic city life!
LET US SLUM FREE THE CITIES!
LET US LIVE IN DIGNITY!
