True Leaders should have the 'All Inclusive!' / 'Welfare & Development for All!' / 'Happiness for All!' mindset!
National/Global/Social Leaders cannot have communal/narrow/selfish mindset!
If they do, then they are Leaders at the Level of their Community/Caste/Tribe/Religion/Region and so, such Leaders are not qualified to be National/Global/Social Leaders!
Unfortunately some so called National Leaders are but narrow minded Community/Caste/Tribe/Religion/Region based Leaders and such unqualified Leaders do more harm than good to their country!
The vivid example is right now in India with Mr. Modi, the most controversial Prime Minister of India, with its narrow minded & outdated 'Hindutva' mindset, is trying to divide the people of India based on Religion, Caste, Tribe, Forward, Backward etc.
Such unqualified/narrow/selfish/short-sighted Communal Leaders should not be allowed to become National Leaders at the first place!
However, once by people's mistake, such unqualified leaders became national leaders and started doing wrong things; then, people should remove such unqualified leaders from their national leadership position as soon as possible else the country will be in disaster and that's what is happening right now in India!
People of India need to wake up and remove such unqualified & destructive national leaders at the earliest else all in India will get drowned & die under such worst national leaders!
Wake up people of India!
Choose your leaders wisely!

CENTRAL BJP GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT LANDSLIDES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH! Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season! This vulnerability was drastically worsened while expanding the National Highways as hills & mountains are cut away at the base foothills on the sides of the National Highways and so the landslides occured more frequently now then before the 4-Lane expansion project!
