 Democracy and Sharing of Wealth Equitably?

When unemployment problem is at its zenith; many have lost their jobs and their means of livelihood; it is wrong for governments [both Center & State] to increase DA [Dearness Allowance] to the government employees!
In fact there is no need for any DA at all!
All employees should be dutiful and discharge their duties duly as per their positions wherever they work. All undutiful employees should be terminated from their jobs!
There should be no provision for DA in salary!
Anyways, government funds; from that salaries are paid to the government employees; belong to all people; not just to the Ministers, MPs, MLAs & government employees but yes; to all the citizens of the country and so; government funds should be shared equitably among all citizens whether employed or unemployed!
There should be Unemployment Allowance to all unemployed people!
Unnecessary allowances in the salaries of all government employees should be cut off and that should be given to the unemployed and the poor people!
This should be the approach to bring more equality among the citizens of a country so that there will be no extreme poverty anywhere and that at least all people have the comfortable hope that the government will look after their survival at least!
This is true democracy that is happiness for all!
Equating Democracy to Capitalism where there are extremes of Rich and Poor divide and that too increasing every passing year is Wrong Democracy; in fact that is not democracy at all but the economic slavery of the masses to some elite rich people/corporates!
So, in order to bring true democracy in the society/country/world; equitable distribution of wealth is a must!
By equitable sharing of wealth; I don’t mean that all people should be provided the same share! No! People should be provided as per their capabilities and contributions to the society/country/world!
So, even in the ideal democracy; there will definitely be some differences in wealth accumulations among the people as per their qualities & capacities but not too extremes like what we are seeing now!
Without Economic Freedom of the people; all other freedoms are meaningless!
Governments in all the countries of the world and the Super Rich people in the world should initiate this democratic process of sharing wealth equitably among the people!
This is the Spiritual Process of creating a Heavenly World on Earth Planet!
Are you ready for creating such a Heavenly World on Earth where all can live prosperous and happy?

Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes!
