 ‘Bharat’ or ‘Hindustan’ in India?

Dear fellow Indians!
Please tell honestly; in which India you wanna live:
Bharat, where unity in diversity prevails among different religions, cultures, people living in harmony & happiness; progressing together helping one another?
Or
Hindustan, where only Hindus live and all other people are either forced to adopt Hindutva or deported from the country and majority Hindus harass the minority people on regular basis and all live in tension, insecure & unhappy?
Let us start this discussion from this popular slogan ‘Jai Hind’ itself that might be relevant & required at the time independence movement & partition time but no more so now!
Similarly, this name ‘Hindustan’ for India [Bharat] might be relevant & required at the time independence movement & partition time but no more so now!
The truth is that since 1950 onwards, India [Bharat] had been a secular democratic country with its own written Constituency that gives the fundamental rights to all religions to exist & thrive in this country!
There is no mention of the name ‘Hindustan’ in the Indian Constitution; instead it’s clearly mentioned the name of this country as India i.e. Bharat!
India [Bharat] is known by the international community everywhere!
There is no global recognition of the name ‘Hindustan’ officially anywhere in the world!
Also there is no mention of this name ‘Hindustan’ in the most authentic & foundational scriptures of India i.e. the Vedas and where, of course, there is mention of ‘Bharat’!
Then, why many Indians are still obsessed with this pseudo name ‘Hindustan’?
While doing research, it’s found that Hindustan meaning ‘Land of Hindus’ was coined from the word ‘Hindu’ that originated from the word ‘Sindhu’ the native name of Indus river that Persians/Arabs mis-pronounced as ‘Hindu’ and so they called the people who live beyond the Sindhu river as Hindus and the religion they follow as Hindu religion!
Since the origin of the word ‘Hindu’ itself is erratic, all the derivative words from it viz ‘Hind’, ‘Hindustan’, ‘Hinduism’ are all erratic & pseudo names!
A country should have some meaningful and original name; not erratic/pseudo name!
Indians [Bharatias] should understand this clearly and stop using this erratic/pseudo name ‘Hindustan’ for India [Bharat]!
But unfortunately; many Indians including the most popular Social/political leaders are found zealously using this pseudo name ‘Hindustan’ in their social/political speeches just to play with people’s emotions to gain social/political mileages!
Also some so called religious heads/gurus are found still using this pseudo name ‘Hindustan’; not knowing or ignoring the fact that even their religion name ‘Hindism’ is wrong!
Word has power and wrong word has wrong [bad] influence!
The worst Karmic effect for this wrong word ‘Hindustan’ in the country is that now it started slowly manifesting its wrong meaning into reality with the current BJP government led by this infamous leader [Narendra Modi] backed by the Hindutva organization called RSS; are now trying to make India [Bharat] as Hindustan [Land of Hindus only]; disturbing the communal harmony and the unity In diversity nature of this country!
However after their 7 years of failed rule in all aspects of administration at the center; people of India are now totally unhappy with this Hindutva government trying to create Hindustan in India [Bharat]!
Now the important question in front of Indians is that whether they want ‘Bharat’ [Country of Unity in Diversity, multi religious & multi cultural] or ‘Hindustan’ [Land of Hindus only and all other people are either forced to convert into Hindutva or deported from the country]; in India?
If you choose to create ‘Bharat’ in India then you must stop calling India as ‘Hindustan’!
Be wise; choose wisely and behave accordingly!
