All conflicts can be resolved through talks provided the two parties are ready to compromise to the Middle Path that’s good for both [Win! Win! for both Parties!]!
Else, if both Parties stick to their old stands; there will be no solution and the consequence is War that will bring Deaths & Destructions to both Parties [Loss! Loss! for both!]!
So, both Parties in Conflict have to Think whether They want Win Win for both or Loss Loss for both!
Russia! & Ukraine! Think & Act now!

CENTRAL BJP GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT LANDSLIDES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH! Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season! This vulnerability was drastically worsened while expanding the National Highways as hills & mountains are cut away at the base foothills on the sides of the National Highways and so the landslides occured more frequently now then before the 4-Lane expansion project!
