Why Don't SCI Ban EVM in India?

Why don't Supreme Court of India; either 
Take up Suo Moto against EVM 
or 
Do the PIL Hearings against EVM 
and 
Order Ban of EVM use in all Elections in India with immediate effect like it was done in Germany?

Hope CJI [SCI] will take up immediate Actions against EVM to Ban it in All Elections in India very soon!

Dear CJI [SCI]!
When you see, as a Custodian of the Constitution of India that this fraudulent EVM-elected Modi [BJP] Govt had been constantly attacking the Basic Principles of the Constitution; then, is it not your duty to save the Constitution now by Banning EVM immediately?

CENTRAL BJP GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT LANDSLIDES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH! Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season! This vulnerability was drastically worsened while expanding the National Highways as hills & mountains are cut away at the base foothills on the sides of the National Highways and so the landslides occured more frequently now then before the 4-Lane expansion project!
