Electing/Selecting Good Leaders?
Any Person who wants to become a Public Leader should have at least these below 3 qualities/qualifications:
1. Spiritual (having moral integrity, non-attachment to any religion/cult too much, benevolent to all, all inclusive mindset)
2. At least Class 10 passed or above (when a person completes secondary education successfully, one has the broad understanding of all subjects, society & world)
3. Knows how to use Computers & Internet well because this is the must foundation for any kind of management/administration effectively!
No person without the above 3 qualities/qualifications should be allowed to become candidates to fight any general election!
This is the first step of electing/selecting good Leaders!
Public Leaders thus elected/selected will never betray people!
They will serve people well!

CENTRAL BJP GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT LANDSLIDES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH! Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season! This vulnerability was drastically worsened while expanding the National Highways as hills & mountains are cut away at the base foothills on the sides of the National Highways and so the landslides occured more frequently now then before the 4-Lane expansion project!
