Towards a Welfare Country?

Time to abolish all kinds of categorization of Indian Citizens into UC, LC, SC, ST, BC, OBC but based on Economic Status (UEC, MEC, LEC)!
All citizens of India should be put under General Category providing Equal Opportunity to all as directed by the Constitution of India.
Government should help the LEC with free home, food & education till they can stand on their own coming up to MEC/UEC!
Acronyms used:
UC: Upper Caste
LC: Lower Caste
SC: Schedule Caste
ST: Schedule Tribe
BC: Backward Class
OBC: Other Backward Class
UEC: Upper Economic Class
MEC: Middle Economic Class
LEC: Lower Economic Class
Hope that the Government of India will give a serious thought on the above suggestions and bring a totally better administrative & social change in this hopelessly contaminated Indian society of unwanted categorical clashes & conflicts!

CENTRAL BJP GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT LANDSLIDES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH! Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season! This vulnerability was drastically worsened while expanding the National Highways as hills & mountains are cut away at the base foothills on the sides of the National Highways and so the landslides occured more frequently now then before the 4-Lane expansion project!
