 The Best Solution for Russia & Ukraine Conflict?

Answer is to dismantle NATO [North Atlantic Treaty Organization] immediately!
This Military Alliance NATO led by USA was needed during the Cold War period [1955-1991] to fight/defend against the Warsaw Pact Military Alliance led by Soviet Union!
However, in 1991; Warsaw Pact Military Alliance had been dismantled; ending the 37 years of Cold War!
Then, why NATO Military Alliance still remains; for what?
What is the relevance/purpose of NATO now?
This unnecessary existence of NATO and its expanding of alliance to the earlier Soviet Union Countries; is the Main Reason why Russia invaded Ukraine at the first place!
I am not supporting Putin to invade Ukraine; War is bad to be started by any country, anywhere!
However, the Truth is that if there was no more NATO & no more of its expansion plans; Russia should have never invaded Ukraine or started war with any other country!
So, the Best Solution to Solve this Russia-Ukraine conflict is to Dissolve NATO Immediately!
Remaining NATO’s existence will be the ultimate cause of World War 3!
Listening USA & all the NATO Allies?

PS: Conflicts between Nations should be resolved by UNO and not definitely by any Military Alliance like NATO!
