With or Without War?

With or Without War?
Some people are arguing that Wars have some good values as it Settle Conflicts between Nations and Create New Nations etc…
But the counter question is: At what cost?
Lots of Destructions, Killings, Miseries, Devastations for both the Warring Parties; meaning Losses & Losses in both sides to achieve some Objectives!
The said Conflicts and Creation of New Nations etc, could well, had been Done Much Better with loving & empathetic Discussions & Negotiations without any Destructions, Killings, Miseries, Devastations for both the parties concerned going for War to achieve those Targets?
Now, you tell me which Solution is better: With War or Without War?
Unless you are a Stupid Person or buried Deep in False Egos; you will consciously, logically & surely say that all Conflicts among Nations are Better Settled Without Wars!
Think deeply and you decide now: With or Without War?

CENTRAL BJP GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT LANDSLIDES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH! Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season!
