Flawed Indian Systems! Stop Criminal Candidates!

When a Person is Accused of Any Crime, He is to be Considered a Criminal, Until He Proves Himself Innocent in the Court of Law!

However, the existing Criminal Status Recognition System in India is just the opposite that He is Innocent Until He is declared Guilty of His Crime & convicted by the Court of Law!

This means, by Bribing the Judges of the Courts, the Conviction of His Crime can be postponed sine die and He can continue committing crimes by continued bribing of the Judges of the Courts who are supposed to convict the Criminal at the earliest but they don’t being bribed!

This is the Crux of the Big Problem in Criminal Justice System in India that is totally flawed and need for Immediate Rectification!

In this flawed Criminal Justice System, all the Highly Corrupted Criminals are allowed to become Candidates for the General Elections with their Criminal Cases kept pending and Declaring Themselves Innocent until They are Convicted for Their Crimes!

Corrupted Court Judges keep on postponing Court Hearings of such Highly Corrupted Criminals and They Continue Winning Elections with their Corrupted Money & Muscle Powers and become MLAs & MPs! 

When These Bad People became MLAs & MPs; then, They start doing all the Wrong Things for Their Selfish Gains; at the cost of General Public’s Losses & Misery & the overall Degradation of the Country! 

This is exactly what’s happening in India Right Now with the Highly Corrupted Criminals as the Heads of the Government!

What’s this Nonsense Criminal Justice System and Election System in India; allowing Corrupts & Criminals becoming Leaders, in the name of Democracy?

No Accused Person of any Crime should be allowed to become Candidate of any Election; until the Accusation(s) against Him is fully cleared!

Why should Criminals [once accused of any crime; until he proves himself innocent] be allowed to be Candidates for any Election?

Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season!
