Anybody who is Accused of Any Crime is a Criminal, Until He/She Proves the Accusation[s] Wrong in Public or in a Court of Law!

No Criminals should be Allowed to become a Candidate to Contest in Any Public/General Election [Local, State, National]!

Why Should a Criminal be Allowed to Become a Leaders in the Society, being Elected as the Member of Panchayat or Municipal Body or City Corporation or MLA or MP?

Indian Election System, Allowing Criminals to be Candidates for Public/General Elections; is the Root Cause of this Degraded & Corrupted Public Administration Systems in India!

No Criminals, Accused of Any Crime, should be Allowed to Contest Any Public/General Election; Until He/She Proves Himself/Herself Innocent of the Accusation[s]!

This is the First Step to Reform Election System in India!

Who Will Do This Now On Urgent Basis?

CENTRAL BJP GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT LANDSLIDES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH! Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season! This vulnerability was drastically worsened while expanding the National Highways as hills & mountains are cut away at the base foothills on the sides of the National Highways and so the landslides occured more frequently now then before the 4-Lane expansion project!
