Ideal Leadership Qualities?

1. Leaders must be Spiritual People at the first place i.e. being a Good Human Being with Good Spiritual Qualities above all the worldly divisions based on Race, Religion, Caste, Creed, Color, Tribe, Region etc.!
2. Leaders are better be Vegetarians!
3. Leaders must be Heroic in Spirit; boldly Standing for Truth, Good & Justice no matter Who, Where, What, When!
4. Leaders must Change with Time for the Better!
5. Leaders should take decisions based on Logic & Rationality and not based on Emotions!
6. Leaders should not have False Egos being stuck based on Outdated Old Tradition or Culture but bring better reformations with time!
7. Leaders must be Broad Minded with All Inclusive and Benevolent Heart to Serve All lovingly & sincerely!
8. Leaders should not be Selfish & Narrow Minded, doing things only to benefit Self or a Community at the expense of the higher good for all!
9. Leaders should neither be an Extreme Nationalist nor a Fanatic Religionist but a Good Human Being embracing All Humanity as a Human Family of GOD!
10. Leaders must continue learning everyday with full awareness of what’s happening around in the Locality, State, Country, world!
11. Leaders must Love & Serve People at the Soul level not on the external physical level!
12. Leaders must have ‘Happiness for All’ as the objective while serving people!
13. Leaders must be Fearless, Courageous & Decisive while Fighting for Truth, Good & Justice!
14. Leaders must be Honest, Sincere & Truthful and keep their words into fruitful actions!
15. Leaders must do the Best for Himself/Herself first and extend the same to All!
16. Leaders must have Positive Mindset in all Situations Good or Bad and must Inspire People with Good Hope for the Better Now & Future!
17. Above all, Leaders must focus their mind to the Priority of Actions that will give the Best Impact for the Desired Outcome at the earliest; not just Crowd Pulling or Dramas!

CENTRAL BJP GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT LANDSLIDES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH! Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season! This vulnerability was drastically worsened while expanding the National Highways as hills & mountains are cut away at the base foothills on the sides of the National Highways and so the landslides occured more frequently now then before the 4-Lane expansion project!
