DAILY GOOD HABITS FOR HAPPY LIFE-1
Dear Friends,
Starting from
today I am posting you a series of recommended Daily Habits we can cultivate
and practice in our day to day life so that we can live a Happy Life without
stress, tension, fear or negativity.
Creating a
HAPPY WORLD should start at the individual level. When people are happy at the
individual level, they all together make up the whole HAPPY WORLD with happy
people all around.
In the HAPPY
WORLD, all the so called problems will give us opportunities and all the so
perceived miseries of life will lead us to happy life and all will live happily
together in the HAPPY WORLD.
All the
quarrels, crimes, fights, killings, terrorism and wars in the world are
originated from the unhappy people. So, creating happy atmosphere for all the
people on earth is a must if we want to create a happy & heavenly world on
earth.
The simple
solution to this happy end is to increase the practice of spiritual qualities
like LOVE, PURITY, CLEANLINESS, DUTY, SINCERITY, EMPATHY, NON-INJURY, EQUITY,
UNITY, PHILANTHROPY, JUSTICE & HAPPINESS among the people on earth.
There is no
other lasting solution than the spiritual solution for the world problems!
Happiness is
the cause for peace, progress, prosperity & unity in the world not the
other way around as of now many people think & pursue to achieve them but
without much success!
So, now is the
time for the people in the world to realize this truth that happiness should
come first then all others will fall in place by itself.
Having this
firm conviction on the importance of practical spirituality in the world, HAPPY
WORLD is trying to educate people and promote spirituality among people in day
today life; so as to ultimately solve all the world problems starting from
individuals to family to small societies and to the world society, bringing
happiness, peace & prosperity to all.
This series
entitled Daily Habits for Happy Life is an approach
towards this objective of enhancing spiritual qualities among people around the
world so that people will practice them in their daily life creating a happy
atmosphere around the world thus ultimately making the HAPPY WORLD.

GET UP, BRUSH,
BATH & SLEEP
Q.1.: What
time to get up in the morning?
A: Best recommended time to get up is 5AM to7AM.
Getting up early is good but too early may be bad for you. It’s recommended
that we sleep at least 6-8 hours per day depending on individuals.
Benefits: Early rising increases self confidence; gain goodwill
from family & friends; good for physical health; fresh mind in the morning;
feel good; happy.
PS: But don’t feel guilty if you couldn’t get up one
day within the set routine timing due to some emergency incident or some
unusual work happened last night; but, make sure that you come back to your set
routine as before.
Q.2.: What
time to sleep at night?
A: Best recommended time to go bed is 10PM to
12Midnight. It is better that we go to bed before 12 Midnight so as to get
quality sleep. There should be a gap of 2 to 3 hours between dinner and sleep
for good digestion and sound sleep.
Benefits: Early to bed gives us good sleep, renews energy
better, refreshes the mind and also saves money on candles/electricity to
burn/light night long. It gives more time for body & mind to relax well.
PS: Sometimes in
rare occasions due to some unusual engagements, if could not keep this regular
set sleep timing, don’t feel guilty about it; just come back to your routine
again.
Q.3.: Brush
teeth, clean tongue & wash mouth before or after morning milk/tea/coffee?
A: Brush teeth, clean tongue & wash mouth before
drinking milk/tea/coffee in the morning, otherwise it would be like flushing
down with hot liquids, the dirts in the mouth & tongue accumulated
overnight, into your body system! However, cold water can be taken at any time
of the day. Not brushing teeth regularly results in tooth decay and not
cleaning tongue regularly will make you not enjoying the real food taste.
Benefits: Hot drinks taste better after brushing teeth,
cleaning tongue & washing mouth and so more refreshing & beneficial to
health, relishing the hot drinks this way after brush, clean & wash.
Q.4.: Take
bath/wash every day in the morning?
A: Best recommendation is, yes, take bath every day
in the morning; preferably in cold water during summer and in warm water during
winter. However, during winter season, if you are in the colder
region, full bath may be on alternate days or at places where there is too much
scarcity of water, full bath may be twice a week but washing of face, hands
& legs or half bath is a must every day.
Benefits: Cleanliness is next to Godliness. Clean body
helps us to maintain fresh & happy mind, thus help perform our daily duties
more efficiently. Daily bath is like renewing life into our physical body every
day.
