SPIRITUAL POLITICS:THE NEED OF THE TIME!

Dear Friends!

The synonym of the word ‘politics’ is ‘government’. Government means administration and it is required everywhere at home, community, society, state, country, world and we all want good governance everywhere.

So, politics is required and it is the art & science of government.

Spiritual politics means good government because spiritual simply means good.

Since we all want good governance and good governance is the product of good politics and good politics means spiritual politics, let us discuss further on spiritual politics here.

When we use this term ‘spiritual’ we should know that it is directly connected to our spirit [soul]. So, anything that is good for our spirit [soul] is spiritual or good.

So, spiritual politics simply means the kind of governance or administration that will address people at the spirit [soul] level not merely on the physical plane alone like material developments only.

Here comes another important term ‘happiness’ of the people that has to be maintained as the direct effect of the good governance and since true happiness is directly connected to our spirit [soul] only spiritual governance can render people true happiness!

What is good politics/governance/administration?

Good politics/governance/administration is that ruling system in the society that is based on the spiritual qualities of the people like LOVE, PURITY, CLEANLINESS, DUTY, SINCERITY, EMPATHY, NON-INJURY, EQUITY, UNITY, PHILANTHROPY, JUSTICE & HAPPINESS.

So, people with such spiritual qualities cited above can render good governance to the people.

There is no place for ‘corruption’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘injustice’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘prejudice & hatred’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘gender discrimination’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘extreme poverty’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘exploitation’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘protecting criminals’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘protecting corrupted people’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘religious discrimination’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘violence’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘selfishness’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘nepotism’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘black money’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘slavery’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘infanticide’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘child labor’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘racial discrimination’ under spiritual politics/government.

There is no place for ‘war’ under spiritual politics/government.

Spiritual politics/government does not need many political parties with different ideologies/agenda serving narrow objectives of narrow minded people that bring conflicts and disunity among the people.

In fact spiritual politics/government can be party-less or it can be of only one party i.e. spiritual party based on spiritual politics that will create one spiritual government formed by spiritual people.

Why we don’t need many political parties is because when we look intrinsically at the spirit [soul] level, what people want generally is the same i.e. to live a happy life that a spiritual government can provide to the people based on spiritual governance.

The general needs of the people for living a happy life are also mostly the same everywhere that people want to have good food to eat, good clothes to wear, good house to live, good education, good income, good transportation, good time-pass etc and these too a spiritual government can provide under government & people co-operative plans, projects & undertakings.

There is more than enough of everything available to meet such general needs of the people for the whole world only if there is good governance under which there is good system of production & distribution everywhere.

In a spiritual society run by a spiritual government, rich people will voluntarily and philanthropically help the poor people.

There won’t be any extreme poverty like beggars, people dying of hunger, homeless people etc in a society under spiritual government because such primary needs of the people will be taken care of by the spiritual government for those who can’t earn enough to support themselves.

Millions/billions/trillions of money being wasted for defense & war will be utilized for the upliftment of the general standard of living of all & for other development works.

Since there will be no corruption under spiritual government all the public funds will be utilized in the most effective and productive ways.

Crimes will be less in a spiritual society and so the expenses to maintain police forces can be reduced to the minimum.

In such society ruled by spiritual government there will be justice everywhere i.e. wrong doers will be promptly punished and good doers will be generously rewarded thus encouraging people to exercise more spiritual qualities and live happier.

People will be dutiful in all aspects of work and so productivity will be high and so prices of things will come down and people will have varieties of things in plenty at affordable prices.

In such spiritual society run by spiritual government practicing spiritual politics is indeed heaven on earth where all people live happily with progress & prosperity everywhere.

This is not a mere utopian dream but a reality within our reach provided people are awaken to this happy truth and are willing to change for the better now.

Let us start putting our collective efforts toward making such a heavenly Happy World Society on earth soon.
