DRINKS, SMOKING, TOBACCO
Q.13.: How about drinks?
A: Water is the best drinkJ. The
second best drinks are the fruit juices and the vegetable juices. Sugar cane
juice and coconut juice are good. All intoxicating drinks are best avoided lest
they start drinking you to poverty and to degraded life styleL. All so termed cold drinks with high sugar contents and no food
value are in fact no good for our health except those tingly & tasty feel
in the mouth, so better avoid them as well. Soda is no good either for health.
Tea & coffee are OK if used within limit.
Benefits: Water is our fluid of life and so the best beneficial for us.
Fruit & vegetable juices provide us many micro-nutrients that our body
needs for optimum functioning and meanwhile they help cleanse our body system
as well. Alcoholic drinks are better consumed medically and not otherwise. Cold
drinks & soda are of no benefit healthwise. Tea & coffee are natural
stimulants and so if taken within limit; they have beneficial effects to our
brain & body.
PS: But once in a blue moon, if you had gone for a party and took some
alcoholic drinks and some cold drinks or soda, that’s OK, don’t feel guilty
about it, just don’t make it a habit, come back to your good normal life.
Q.14.: How about smoking?
A: No. Never smoke. If you were smoking already, stop it now. Smoking
has no good value physically, mentally and spiritually. Smoking causes lung
cancer, bad-smelly mouth, air pollution, affects others as passive smokers,
burns up money, dirty the environment with cigarette butts etc. Smoking is the
most useless habit of many people around the world who blindly follow one
another, got to stop this bad habit now if people started using their
conscience instead of imitating others foolishly.
Benefits: Smoking has no beneficial values to the body, mind and spirit
whatsoever.
PS: Don’t smoke out yourself of your life for nothing.
Q.15.: How about consuming
tobacco & tobacco products?
A: No. Tobacco contains an alkaloid poison called nicotine used as an
insecticide and so, never good for human consumption. Chewing tobacco causes
mouth cancer and when swallowed inside, it can cause intestine/stomach cancer
and even colon cancer while excreting itL. When
tobacco is put in the mouth for longer period, nicotine present in it is
absorbed by the blood to the brain nerves affecting the brain functioning. You
will lose stamina after consuming tobacco and so prolonged consumption of
tobacco will make you a weaker person with shrunken face & withered skin
besides the danger of cancer inside your body.
Benefits: The alkaloid poison called nicotine contained in tobacco can be
used to develop some medicines and insecticides and so tobacco should be used
that way. Tobacco has no beneficial value for normal human consumption.
Comments: If you had been chewing tobacco till you read this post, stop
chewing tobacco from now onwards, you will be OK henceforth, else cancer may
take you over soon.
