Dear Friends,
Importance & benefits of meditation for a happy, healthy, peaceful,
progressive & prosperous life is almost beyond the expression of words!
Why because, our thoughts/mind creates our world and meditation is
the process of channelizing our thoughts/mind toward
positive/constructive/optimistic/happy direction/goal.
Because, without proper direction of our thoughts/mind, no kind of
high/good/commendable achievements are possible in life and meditation is that
tool that just gives our thoughts/mind, the proper direction to uplift us in
all aspects in life.
Now, as an aspiring, progressive person, you understand, how
important meditation is to shape your life the way you want it.
In fact, knowingly [consciously] or unknowingly [unconsciously],
everybody is meditating almost daily; so, why don’t we do it consciously to
bring forth conscious, desirable results?
Here, I will be discussing with you the 4 [four] steps of HAPPY
WORLD MEDITATION [HWM] that will benefit you and all others in the world, making
all of us happy, healthy, peaceful, progressive & prosperous in life.
This HAPPY WORLD MEDITATION process I am going to share with you
is a time tested successful meditation process that has changed my life for the
better.
This meditation process is the fruit of my research and personal
practices in the field of meditation.
This is a personal secret but as a benevolent humanist, always
thinking for the welfare & happiness of all, I am sharing this secret to
you all here, so that the benefits & happiness I derived by following this
meditation process may also benefit the whole of humankind on this planet earth
& beyond.
HAPPY WORLD MEDITATION
[Getting Ready]
Meditation can be done anytime and anywhere, but for more
effective results, there is better time & environment to select like for
timing, morning time is the best for meditation and for the place, a place
where you expect least or no disturbances like a bolted personal room or in the
countryside farm or lakeside, river-bank, garden, on the top of a hill or mountain:
all these are good choices.
However, for city dwellers, they have to adjust around the place
at home or at office or park when time is available to themselves without
disturbance. Meditation is possible even during the journey by bus, train or
flight, whether going to work or on business trip or on vacation.
There is no hard & fast rule for you to get ready for
meditation, but here again, the best rule is that you are neat & clean
physically & mentally and that your stomach is light. Wear comfortable
clothes that are not too tight. Color of clothes can be anyone as you like but
black color is not conducive during meditation as it attracts negative energy.
Wrap yourself with warm blankets in winter and wear light casuals in summer
while meditating. Sit in a comfortable position as you like, but if you can sit
in lotus pose with your spine straight-up and palms together in the middle of
the lap, that is better. Close your eyes while meditating to avoid distractions.
You will say a prayer of gratitude to God, Soul & Nature and
to Parents, good People, all Beings & all non-living beings with the
goodwill that all do good & be happy. A prayer composed by yourself may be
used for this purpose or you can use the HAPPY WORLD PRAYER composed by me that
was posted in January 2012 on HAPPY WORLD SOCIETY Google groups.
It is good if you say AUM [sound form of GOD] three times and do
some breathing exercises just before prayer & meditation.
After, the prayer, you can start the proper meditation process
stepwise as follows:
HAPPY WORLD MEDITATION
[Step-1: Cleansing away of Bad Qualities]
In the HWM Step-1, you consciously cleanse your mind of all Bad
Thoughts, Negative Thoughts, Bad Habits and Bad Qualities as follows:
You say:
1. Good bye -> False
Ego/False Pride
2. Good bye -> Lust/Sensuality
3. Good bye -> Greed/Covetousness
4. Good bye ->
Anger/Wrath
5. Good bye ->
Jealousy/Envy
6. Good bye -> Gluttony/Overeating
7. Good bye -> Sloth/Laziness
8. Good bye ->
Prejudice/Hatred
9. Good bye ->
Lying/Cheating
10. Good bye -> Gloominess/Sadness
11. Good bye -> Negativity/Pessimism
12. Good bye -> Self Pity/Inferiority Complex
When you say good bye to these Bad Thoughts, Negative Thoughts,
Bad Habits and Bad Qualities as above, you must imagine/feel that you are truly
cleansed of all of them.
HAPPY WORLD MEDITATION
[Step-2: Filling in with Good Qualities]
In the HWM Step-2, your mind is already free/empty of all those
Bad Thoughts, Negative Thoughts, Bad Habits and Bad Qualities and this
free/empty mind of yours is filled up with all the Good Thoughts, Positive
Thoughts, Good Habits and Good Qualities as follows:
You say:
1. I am -> Healthy
& Youthful
2. I am -> Good &
Beautiful
3. I am -> Energetic
& Dynamic
4. I am -> Growing
& Expanding
5. I am -> Blooming
& Blossoming
6. I am -> Grateful
& Graceful
7. I am -> Helpful
& Caring
8. I am -> Contented
& Peaceful
9. I am -> Decent &
Noble
10. I am -> Glowing & Shining
11. I am -> Progressive & Successful
12. I am -> Joyful & Blissful
When you say that you are with all the above Good Thoughts,
Positive Thoughts, Good Habits and Good Qualities, you must imagine/feel that
you are truly filled in, surrounded with & embodied with all of them and
you are what you say.
HAPPY WORLD MEDITATION
[Step-3: Being with Spiritual Qualities]
In the HWM Step-3, you are already on the way of higher happiness
that you will further proceed with the meditation on the Twelve Spiritual
Principles as follows:
You say:
1. LOVE -> I am &
All are
2. PURITY -> I am &
All are
3. CLEANLINESS -> I am
& All are
4. DUTY -> I am &
All are
5. SINCERITY -> I am
& All are
6. EMPATHY -> I am
& All are
7. NON-INJURY -> I am
& All are
8. EQUITY -> I am &
All are
9. UNITY -> I am &
All are
10. PHILANTHROPY -> I am & All are
11. JUSTICE -> I am & All are
12. HAPPINESS -> I am & All are
When you say the above Twelve Spiritual Principles along with the
confirmations that you are and all are means you have all the above spiritual
qualities in you and you practice it and also that all other people also have all
the above spiritual qualities and all of them practice it too. Yes you will
imagine/feel that it is a done deal. By now, starting from you, all are
spiritually practical & happy people.
HAPPY WORLD MEDITATION
[Step-4: Being in Happy World]
In the HWM Step-4, you will experience the HAPPY WORLD. By
this stage, you & all are already on the path of higher happiness that you
will manifest here experiencing the life in the HAPPY WORLD with the meditation
of being in the HAPPY WORLD as follows:
You say:
1. I am in the happy world and I am happy.
2. I am at the good place
and I am happy.
3. I am with good people
and I am happy.
4. I am in good
environment: clean air, pure water, good sunshine.
5. I am with beautiful
people, happy people.
6. I have good income and I am happy.
7. I am in abundance, plenty & prosperity.
8. I am happy and all are happy.
9. I am in happy world and my happy world is
expanding everywhere.
10. I am in happy world and all are in happy world.
11. Happy world is everywhere and happy people are everywhere.
12. Happiness for all.
By now you are in HAPPY WORLD surrounded by all good things &
good people in the good environment with full of greeneries, clean air, pure
water and good sunshine, good place, good income, good food & happy people
all around, everything in abundance & plentiful. Yes, now, you are indeed
in heaven/paradise/bliss called the Happy World.
