GO VEGETARIAN FOR HAPPY LIFE
GO VEGETARIAN FOR HAPPY LIFE
Dear Friends,
Today I wanna tell you my
experimental story on vegetarianism since January 2011 till now, December 2011.
Yes, that was my conscious
decision that I should become a vegetarian thenceforth and that decision truly
had been giving me so many positive results in terms of my spiritual, mental
& physical health that by now I am fully convinced that I should continue
this vegetarian lifestyle for the rest of my life.
By now after becoming a
vegetarian, I feel more contented, peaceful, grateful, helpful, loving, caring,
empathetic, energetic, positive & progressive than before while I was non-vegetarian.
My eyesight is improving to
the extent that by now I stopped wearing power specs.
My frequent headaches are
gone.
My frequent stomach upsets
are gone.
My memory power is increased.
My overall health had been
improved tremendously.
I feel more active, energetic
and dynamic.
I am telling you the truth
here, it’s no exaggeration!
It’s so wonderful to be a
vegetarian and I am much happier now than before while I was a non-vegetarian!
My vegetarian foods include
grains, lentils, beans, vegetables, plants & fruits along with dairy
products like milk, curd, butter, cheese etc.
I feel that fishes, eggs are
definitely not vegetarian food because eating fishes & eggs directly or
indirectly involve killing of the fishes and the embryonic life inside the
eggs. I think that vegetarianism should not involve any kind of killing to
obtain the vegetarian food. So, if any
friends who claim to be vegetarian and still eat fishes & eggs, they should
stop doing so by now if they wanna be real vegetarians.
I heard about many people
becoming vegans i.e. eating only food of vegetables/plants origin and eating no
food of animal origin like meats, fishes, eggs & dairy products and to the
extent of using no products of animal origin like leather jackets, shoes, bags,
belts etc. Some vegans went to the extremes of eating only the raw grains,
beans, lentils, vegetables, plants, fruits etc.
While I appreciate all the
friends who can maintain this extreme idealistic lifestyle of veganism, I
think, veganism/raw-veganism is not suitable for the majority of the people in
the world and so vegetarianism is the best food habit for humans; though this
is my personal view point.
Vegetarian lifestyle with the
use of some animal products, if those products are obtained without involving any
injury/killing of animals, is OK. To obtain dairy product from animals do not
involve any injury/killing of animals either, so it’s OK. So, using of leather products sourced from
naturally died animals that did not involve any injury/killing of animals to
obtain those animal products for human use is OK. Even, human bodies after
death, some of them are preserved for medical students to dissect & learn, so,
it’s OK.
Why vegetarian food is good
for humans?
It’s because:
Our body system is more
suitable to eat & digest vegetarian food than meat diet.
We create less/no bad karmas by
eating vegetarian food that involves no injury/killing.
Vegetarianism gives us the
feeling of living in peace & harmony with the animals & other living
creatures around us.
Vegetarianism can eliminate
the need for keeping animal farms & slaughter houses thus improving global ecosystem.
Vegetarianism can save the
grains, pulses & vegetables fed to farm animals, for human consumption,
thus helping to solve the world food/hunger problems.
Vegetarian food is
environmental friendly to grow and harvest.
Vegetarian food gives us more
peace of mind individually that will culminate in world peace collectively.
Vegetarian food gives us
better overall physical health.
Vegetarian food develops our
brain capacity better.
Vegetarian food provides us
more immune power to fight/cure diseases.
Vegetarian food is more
economical than the meat diet.
Vegetarian food can be
produced easier & more cost effectively than meat diet.
Vegetarian food can be
obtained & prepared in a more neat & clean way than meat diet.
Vegetarian food helps us
develop spiritual qualities.
Vegetarian food gives us health
& happiness.
So on … the benefits of
vegetarianism is enormous for our overall health & development, individually
& collectively.
So, friends, please go vegetarian
and see how you can change your life for the better: healthier, wiser,
positive, productive, progressive & living a happy life.
Happiness for all!
