Dear Friends,

Happy summer time is here to enjoy outdoor activities especially in the high Himalayan region that is the best place to cool off the summer heat of the plains.

Day time being longer now, we can enjoy trekking, hiking, walking, climbing, camping, cycling, motor-biking, paragliding, rafting... oh yea time to enjoy many adventurous sports all around!

The more we can enjoy our life, the more prayerful and grateful we should be to the all powerful supreme GOD [Generator + Organizer + Destroyer] and to all His created beings around who are helping us to remain happy in some ways or the other.

So, here is a Universal Prayer and Gratitude that anybody, anywhere, anytime; can say and feel blessed, peaceful and happy.

UNIVERSAL PRAYER AND GRATITUDE!

Oh God!
Thou Art
All Powerful!
All Knower!
All Present!
All Creator!
All Providers!
I offer all my love and gratitude unto Thee!
I surrender unto Thee fully!
Please forgive me!
Please protect me!
Please help me!
Please guide me in the best, the healthiest, the richest, and the happiest way of life!

I offer my love and gratitude to the soul inside of my body representing god!
I offer my love and gratitude to the fire, sun, electricity providing us heat, light and energy, the subsistence of our life!
I offer my love and gratitude to the air i am breathing in the room, wind blowing outside, the sustainer of our life breath!
I offer my love and gratitude to the water i am drinking in the room, water flowing outside in the streams, waterfalls, rivers, lakes, seas and oceans; the sustainer of our life fluid!
I offer my love and gratitude to the earth providing us fruits, grains, vegetables, herbs, trees, flowers, flora and fauna, minerals, oils; the supporters of our life!
I offer my love and gratitude to the space in the room, space outside and in the outer space, the space of our existence!

I offer my love and gratitude to all the prophets and divine teachers who came down to earth to guide the humanity on the right way of living: Krishna, Buddha, Jesus, Bahaullah, master Ching Hai etc.
I offer my love and gratitude to my parents: to my father and mother!
I offer my love and gratitude to all my family members, relatives, friends, well wishers!
I offer my love and gratitude to all the teachers!
I offer my love and gratitude to all the people who are contributing to the world positively!

CENTRAL BJP GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT LANDSLIDES IN HIMACHAL PRADESH! Main causes for the frequent Landslides on National Highways in Himachal Pradesh now are due to Central BJP Government's (PM Modi's) greedy & foolish projects of National Highways expanding into 4-Lanes instead of retaining & improving the original 2-Lanes! Himalayan soils in the hills & mountains are mostly soft & so without proper coverage by trees & support at the base foothills, landslides are bound to happen, especially during rainy season! This vulnerability was drastically worsened while expanding the National Highways as hills & mountains are cut away at the base foothills on the sides of the National Highways and so the landslides occured more frequently now then before the 4-Lane expansion project!
