REFORMATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE BETTER WORLD

Dear Friends,

You might be aware or not but the fact is that constant reformations were required for the progress of humankind and it had been based on criticism, the critical analysis of the prevailing systems whether social, political, ethical or technical and made changes for the better and this way humanity had been progressing and so, as progressive people, we should always welcome constructive criticisms from all, to our present systems if they no longer serve our best interests.

So, let us discuss here the need for the reformations required to our current world systems so as to create a Better World Society as below:

Reformations required for the World Democracy Systems

Present democracy system based on party politics fighting one another only brings disunity among the people. Why not we go for no party democracy i.e. Spiritual Democracy i.e. we do away with all the prevailing parties and elect candidates based on their spiritual qualities/merits not based on any party they subscribe to. Yes, no party politics will bring true unity of the people united on good/truth not on polarized/biased/selfish party policies & agenda. There is no need for many political parties nay we don’t need even two but only one party, we do need that is the Spiritual Party for all the people, that will cover all people and do welfare work for all represented by good/spiritual people as leaders /governors /administrators. So, it’s time for people to give less or no interest to the prevailing political parties and start looking at the candidates personally for their personal spiritual qualities and elect them and slowly & finally merging all political parties to one unified Spiritual Party for all. You might be thinking this something like utopian but it is very much possible and it is the best system of democracy by the people of the people for the people.

Reformations required for the World Religion Systems

Again coming to the multiples of religious systems in the world that divide people instead of uniting people based on one common creator/origin God need immediate reformation to unify all these religions/faiths to one world religion of one God and its teachings based on the original messages of spiritual teachings given by the prophets of God not based on modified/interpreted/edited scriptures. Yes, spiritual teachings of all the true prophets are one & the same because they all spoke the truth and truth is eternal and one. So, if we all follow the spiritual teachings of the prophets and have full faith in one supreme God, all the people of the world can be united in one eternal faith/religion of God.  In this approach, Bahai faith is that one world religion people can give serious thought to, especially by following its universal teachings of oneness in various aspects of humanity: physical, mental, social, spiritual & governance.

Reformations required for the World Economic Systems

The old world economic system of a few rich people dominating & exploiting the majority poor is outdated and it no more serves the best interests of all humanity.  Economic balance between the rich & the poor; between the rich countries & poor countries is a must based on empathy & philanthropy so that a more or less balanced growth, progress & prosperity for all emerge in the world. Now is the time for the world economic system based on the villages/towns instead of concentrating on some big cities. Village/town based educational, vocational training & service centers, financial services, businesses, farms & industries should be encouraged that will create good job opportunities for the people locally.

Reformations required for the World Social Systems

The prevailing social system of deep division between exploiters & exploited; haves & have-nots; rich & poor; high class & low class; caste systems; social prejudices based on race, origin, color, physical features, religion, caste, creed, nationality etc have to go. The underlying eternal truth of the oneness of humanity as all beings are originated from one source has to be recognized by all and treat each other accordingly as the members of one big world human family. The wrong mindset of domination by one group of people upon another group of people is purely based on the false ego of separation of humankind with various forms of unwanted prejudices. In the new world society, people, irrespective of their backgrounds will help each other to progress in life in all aspects materially & spiritually that means people will encourage other fellow people to do good things for themselves & for all thus creating the favorable environment for all to live happily & progress together.

Reformations required for the World Ecology Systems

Maintaining a healthy relationship between the living beings & its environment is of paramount importance if humanity has to survive on the long term basis. So, maintaining of good ecological balance of bright sunshine for overall health; clean air for breathing; pure water for drinking; greeneries all around; good space for living are all very important. So, humanity has to look for modern facilities that least affects the environment like using more vehicles that emit less pollutant gases like cycling; electric, solar powered vehicles; using less of cars; using more of shared public transportation systems. For powering industries also alternative cleaner power sources like solar, wind, water-wave, hydro-electricity etc should be opted instead of depending on diesel/coal/other fuels based generators. Polluting the natural sources of water like waterfalls, streams, rivers, lakes etc are to be strictly avoided. To maintain greeneries around people should start keeping home gardens and start planting trees and intentional forest fires for jhoom cultivations should be stopped. Organic farming should be encouraged to farmers so that poisoning of the soils, crops, vegetables & fruits through the liberal use of chemical fertilizers & insecticides be stopped. By adopting all these above precautions, there will be bright sunshine and nature will happily bestow all its blessings with the coming of different seasons regularly helping us all to live a healthy & happy life on this planet earth.

Reformations required for the World Trade Systems

World trade based on the present different value systems of goods & services of different countries is totally unfair. Human values are to be measured on the quality of service rendered not based on the place one happens to live. Good pricing for good products no matter where it is manufactured or produced should be maintained. Good salaries should be given to all good workers & employees no matter where people work irrespective of the countries where they happen to work. Equal value system for equal quality products; equal wages for equal work; fair exchange systems for goods & services should be maintained throughout the world. This way, the trade deficits burdened by many poor countries of the world can be fairly alleviated and the overall living standards of the poor people in the poor countries can be improved and this way a better & happier world for all humanity can be realized.

Reformations required for the World Justice Systems

Justice means rendering reward & punishment to the people under laws and by the people in the society. Punish the wrong doers immediately and reward the good doers promptly. Delaying in rendering justice is nothing but injustice. However, the higher justice system in the society should be to improve the family & social environments so that children don’t grow up as criminals in the society. Prevention is always better than cure. It is always better not to create criminals rather than punishing them after influencing them to commit the crimes. So, the higher justice system for the better world should be based on bringing up of children in proper way by providing them good environment for healthy growth, living, education & employment. Deprived & unhappy children surely grow up as unwanted people in the society, ultimately becoming hardened criminals. So, the fair justice system in the better society should look into the creating of such social environment in that everybody, rich or poor live happily together helping each other wherever possible.

Reformations required for the World Defense Systems

Wasting of money & manpower for defense systems exercised by all the countries in the present world is sheer foolishness! Nationalism is an outdated doctrine now. Internationalism is the catchword by now. Spiritual awakening of the people of the world toward one humanity, one global country, one world citizenship; one world government, one world defense system is the unavoidable progress in the history of human evolution on this planet earth. When all the nations of the world are united as one global nation, there will be no need for individual national defense systems; instead one global defense system comprising of all the member nations of the world will suffice to protect the whole world. There will be no need for wars among the member nations when all humanity identify themselves as global citizens of the earth planet as one world country. All the money so far so long wasted foolishly in the maintenance of the defense systems and for the wars by all the countries in the world can well be used for doing development works for the entire humanity. How progressive, prosperous & happy society that could be for all people on earth when all those huge funds misused so long be utilized for the welfare of the humanity and those misused human resources be channelized toward welfare services to the humanity. This is the way of creating heaven on earth; peace on earth; happiness on earth.

Reformations required for the World Currency Systems

Inequality in the world is simply because of the unequal currency values of different countries of the world. This is the open unfair value system forced on the people of the world. Unless and until all these unequal currency values of the countries of the world are merged into one common currency with equal values everywhere in the world; equality of humanity will not be achieved in the practical way. There will be differences in the degree of richness among the people always because capacity & quality of people are always different but extreme poverty can well be eliminated by bringing this world common currency system so that poor people can work & earn decent income and live a decent life anywhere in the world. So, the immediate need is to introduce a new world currency that is acceptable to all people/countries of the world and start using it as the common currency of the world immediately.

Reformations required for the World Language Systems

Effective communication is the only way to bring unity among the different people in the world. People who speak the same language are always closer than those speak different languages. So, a global language is a must for all the people in the world to learn & speak above their local languages so that people from anywhere to anywhere can communicate each other without any language barrier. Toward this approach, English being the most widespread spoken language in the world should be adopted as the global language to be learned & spoken by all the people in the world above their local languages. With the introduction of education for all, English should be learned by all and used as the common language for global communications.

Reformations required for the World Governance Systems

United Nations Organization [UNO] should be converted in the World Government Body empowering it to govern all its member countries with a commonwealth reserves & law enforcing force under its full control. UNO should control the unified world defense system by eliminating the prevailing countrywise defense systems. While member countries will have their own governments; UNO should prevail in its ultimate control and overall governance above all the federal member countries. UNO will resolve all the conflicts between the member countries thus totally eliminating the unnecessary wars between the conflicting member countries and saving the unnecessary expenses for such wars. Welfare for all should be the ultimate objective of all the plans & policies of UNO and applied universally without any favor or unfair discrimination. Happiness for all should be the objective of global social conduct under UNO.
