SOME FACTS TO CONSIDER
SOME FACTS TO CONSIDER
Dear Friends,
Facts are proven truths that
had been experienced already.
Human progress depends more
on Facts [Truth] than Faith [Belief].
We need to learn from the
Facts of the past and do improve on them for our further progress &
prosperity in life. If we don’t do that we remain the same with no significant
progress: a dull/boring life L
So, let’s pick up some facts
from the history of the recent past and think what we can learn from them to
improve on them as below:
1. Prophets taught us the Way
of Happy Life
All the true prophets like
Krishna, Jesus, Buddha etc have already shown us the way of good/happy life but
many people still live with the delusion that life is full of misery and
believing so negatively about life; they do indeed live life in misery!
Is this not foolishness?
Instead, why don’t we follow
the teachings of the true prophets and live the good/happy life?
Is this not the better/wiser
way to live: a good & happy life?
2. No one is perfect except
God
Yes, this includes even the
prophets of God, even they are not perfect as well, although they brought the
message from God for the humankind to follow for the good/happy life.
It is simply wrong to follow
anybody 100% including prophets.
Krishna played with many
damsels at night doesn’t mean that you should imitate it.
Jesus died on cross doesn’t
mean that you also should die likewise for your faith.
Buddha left his wife &
child in search of enlightenment doesn’t mean that you too should leave your
home & family for enlightenment [you can get it through internet now,
seriously!].
The famous scientist Einstein
used to smokes doesn’t mean that you should smoke as well.
Most of the world leaders
wear tie doesn’t mean that you should wear tie as well that serve no purpose.
All body piercings are
harmful & useless no matter what majority of the people do it.
Before following
anything/anybody blindly, consult your conscience/inner-voice/intuition first.
3. You become what you Worship
It’s no wonder that many of
the Indians have big belly like Ganesha [the Hindu god with big belly] because
they worship Ganesha as God. Many Indians again look like monkeys simply
because they worship Hanuman [the monkey god]. Worst, many Indians look like
immovable stones, simply because they worship Linga [the stone representing
Shiva’s penis]. Many Indians also look horrible simply because they worship
Kali [the horrible looking goddess with the garland of cut-off human heads].
The ugly story goes on …
So, if you don’t want to
become a big bellyed inactive person or a person with monkey-look or an
immovable stone-like person or a person with horrible looks; you better stop
worshipping all these idols of gods & goddesses of your imaginations based
on the concocted mythological figures of the past created by some ancient
authors of the past.
4. Not ‘only way’ but ‘many
ways’ to God/Heaven
This is a big mistake/lie of
the Christian preaching that Jesus is the only way to God/Heaven.
Not only Christianity but
other religions too directly or indirectly emphasize that their religion is the
only way to God/Heaven and this is not true.
In fact we don’t need any
religion at all to attain God/Heaven.
God has already provided us
plenty of guidance/evidence how God is like in the form of the manifested nature
viz Sun/Fire, Air, Water, Earth, Space;
they are all so benevolent to all, always giving all the vital elements of our
survival & to live a happy life without asking anything in return from us
i.e. selfless service with unconditional love to all.
Yes, unconditional love [true
love] & selfless service [duty] are the most important messages of the prophets
to the humankind for us to live a good/happy life.
So, if you have unconditional
love for all and discharge your duty selflessly the best way you can, you are
already with God and in heaven whether you follow any religion or not.
There are many prophets and
all true prophets taught the same truth and so following any true prophet or
all in the true spirit will surely lead you to God/Heaven.
5. Don’t waste time in Prayer
& Rituals
All religions do practice
both: prayers & rituals.
The shorter the prayers &
rituals the better for the people to follow because it’s simply waste of time
to chant long prayers and perform long rituals instead of doing one’s duty of
day to day life.
Muslims praying 5 times a
day, Buddhists chanting/rolling wheels whole day, Hindus chanting mantras hours
together & doing ritual worships and other religions also doing similar
prayer & ritual services everyday are all waste of time.
If you believe that God is
all powerful, all knower, all present; you don’t even need to say a prayer
because God already knows what you want and no need for rituals because
offering items will not change God’s mind for you because God is Justice i.e.
you get for what you do under God’s infallible Laws of Karma. However, saying a
short prayer & doing a little bit of ritual as worship of God is OK.
You are created by God with
certain inborn qualities/talents so that your service will help this universe
to run smoothly & happily and so this is God’s will for you that you
develop that inborn qualities/talents of yours and use them to serve the
people/society/world/universe; that duty if you discharge the best you can
then, that’s the best worship of God because the creator [God] want you to do
that not your long prayers or rituals.
Happiness for all!
